Goals include the exploration of underlying emotional conflicts, sharing of problem solving and effective coping strategies, developing realistic weight goals and a healthy relationship to food. Multi-family group
This is a group for people with eating disorders and their families, friends and significant others. The group provides psychoeducational information on anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder and addresses the issues underlying the symptoms. In a supportive environment questions are encouraged and methods of coping with loved ones are discussed. Women's issues/binge eating group
This group is for adult women and addresses issues associated with binge eating, compulsive overeating, self-esteem, assertiveness, and life transitions. Wednesdays at 6:00 PM; led by Shonna Pope, LCSW.

A supportive psychotherapy group for women coping with sexual abuse and boundary issues. Led by Jacqueline Jacobson, LPC.
Gastric Bypass Surgery Therapy Group
This is a supportive psychotherapy group for individuals who have had gastric bypass surgery and are struggling with emotional issues. The group will focus on building self-esteem, overcoming emotional eating, developing a healthy body image, coping with depression, having supportive and positive interpersonal relations and more.
Bi-weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM; led by Charlotte Joelsson, LCSW.
